As an artist I work in letterpress, screen printing, and book arts. I serve on the board of The Soapbox: Community Print Shop & Zine Library.
As a scholar, I am a graduate student in the History and Sociology of Science at the University of Pennsylvania. I work on place, memory, displacement, and technological disaster.
In the past, I’ve worked in environmental communications and in environmental advocacy in upstate New York, fighting horizontal hydrofracking. I am deeply interested in exploring how people and place intersect, how conceptions of landscape and nature influence how we live and understand ourselves.
